Chris Yauck Photography has had the pleasure of being the photographer for Lethbridge Minor Hockey for over twenty years. We are grateful for all the support from the hockey community every year and look forward to photographing teams each season. We know this year has been trying for all and were disappointed to see the rest of your season cut short as we know hockey is a vital and important part of the Lethbridge community.
We have heard feedback that some parents/teams are still interested in doing a modified “photo day” and are offering up individual player sessions in our studio to provide that.
SESSIONS:
Sessions will be done ONLY at Chris Yauck Photography.
We are located at 330 13 Street North Parking is available out front, down 4th Ave, as well as across the street.
All parking is free.
Bookings will be taken ONLINE (https://jwuwkbhoekkducjjeb.10to8.com) if you are booking for our predetermined dates.

In order to maintain social distancing ONLY ONE ADULT MAY ACCOMPANY A PLAYER!
Masks will be worn by photographers at all times and are required to be worn before and after photographs and by all adults coming in with players.
Sibling photos may be accommodated but we are unable to photograph groups outside household or team cohorts.
Coaches who are booking their child for a photo may come in with their child during the same time slot to take a coach headshot for a composite. If you do not have a child playing then book your own time slot.
Up to two siblings may be booked per time slot. IE: if you have two players book one slot and we will be able to photograph both in that time If you have 3-4 siblings book two time slots, one right after the other (all come at the same time, we will get all the kids through, we just need a few extra minutes). 5 or more book three.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Please arrive DRESSED.
Due to COVID restrictions we are unable to accommodate dressing in the studio though there will be a spot to put on skates (must have skate guards for getting to and from photo spot).
Ensure you have your player’s stick with you.
ORDER FORMS:
Order forms may be downloaded HERE.
If you are able to print and fill out before your photo time it will be appreciated as it will keep us moving faster and ensure less time lingering in the studio. We will also have forms available at the studio.
PLEASE FILL OUT TEAM AND DIVISION NAME. As players might not be photographed with their teams this year this will ensure your player’s photograph is sorted correctly to their team.
Payment will be taken at the time of photography. We accept debit/visa/mastercard as well as cash and cheque.
TEAM COMPOSITES:
Players will take in addition to their individual photo a headshot for a team composite.
Composites will be 5x7 size for either the easel or memory mate.
PLAYERS AND COACHES MUST BE PHOTOGRAPHED BY APRIL 2 TO BE INCLUDED IN COMPOSITES.

Please note we do have restrictions for how many people we are allowed in the studio so players may have to wait outside for their photo.

COVID POLICIES:
Our photographers and any staff will be wearing masks at all times. We ask that masks be worn by anyone not actively being photographed. We sanitize often and will be ensuring touch points are wiped down multiple times per hour during photo days.
We have a limit of TEN people (five players with one adult each: parent/guardian) in the studio at one time. If we are at capacity you will be asked to wait outside.
